Matt, is a excellent coach, guardian to help me stay injury free and endless source of inspiration. Matt keeps my training fun and rewarding. In just 2 1/2 months of coaching he helped me cut 1/2 hour off my 2013 - iron distance Redman. (S. Howard/Lafayette Louisiana)
I started training with MC Endurance in June 2012 and have gone from 250 pounds to 205 pounds. I turn 50 in March 2014 and my fitness level is back to what I had in my 20s – no “miracle drugs” – only a lot of hard work. Training with MC Endurance is the best decision I have made for me and my family and has restored my sense of well being. (P.J. Tulsa, Oklahoma)
Great to get outside. Motivating and rewarding ride. The pace wasn't difficult as I think it was a semi recovery ride for some of the racers. This is one reason I train hard; I can step right out and go 40 and do it easily. It was a really easy ride for me. Love it! (-Anonymous)
Matt currently has 4 spots open for athletes - email to find out more.
